How to Get Started:

Follow this step-by-step guide to discover how you can redeem your juicy product rewards, every month!

Step 1: Download your Monthly Rewards form by clicking the button below. Keep track of the products you prescribe your guests throughout the month to claim your reward!

Step 2: Download the ‘How it Works’ document to display in your backroom! This will give your therapists a step-by-step guide on their monthly rewards program.

Step 3: Select your FREE product reward(s) from your elegible tier by completing the back of your Monthly Rewards form. Your incentive products will be lovingly packaged and included in your next order!

Step 4: At the end of the month, upload a photo of your Monthly Rewards form by ckickin the button below. Make sure you have completed your end of month wrap-up and the products you would like to claim before submitting!

What is the Waterlily Therapist Incentive Program?

The Incentive Program is a collaborative initiative between Waterlily and our esteemed spa partners. This program aims to recognize and reward the dedicated contributions of our valued spa partner therapists. It’s designed to foster a thriving community and celebrate their commitment to success.

How do I become a member?

All spa partner therapists working with Waterlily products are eligible participants in this program. Membership is exclusive to sales directly attributed to the participating spa partner therapists.

How does the Incentive program work?

For every 15-40+ retail products sold by a spa partner therapist, they earn product incentive rewards. This structure is our way of acknowledging their hard work and dedication, contributing significantly to Waterlily’s success.

Our Incentive Program works on tier levels:

  • Silver – minimum 15 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Gold – minimum 20 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Platinum – minimum 30 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Platinum Plus – minimum 40 products sold every month

The incentive rewards expire every month. If eligible, you can redeem your FREE product with the partner’s subsequent order. Monthly sales which is finalised on 31 Jan, 28/29 Feb, 30 Apr, 31 May, 30 Jun, 31 Jul, 31 Aug, 30 Sep, 31 Oct, 30 Nov and 31 Dec. 

How can I redeem my products?

Incentive payouts are calculated on a monthly basis. Product incentives are granted based on achieved sales levels within the calendar month. Products will be issued with the following month’s order, after upload your Montlhy Rewards Form.

How can I track my sales and level status?

Sales tracking and level status management are primarily handled by your manager/owner and individual therapists. Waterlily conducts audits and sends monthly product distributions to our partners.

Do my sales expire?

Yes, sales are tracked on a monthly basis.

What are the Waterlily VIP Incentive Program levels?

The program comprises Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum+ levels, each with increasing benefits. Additionally, a Bonus Boost rewards every 10 Hero products sold.

Our Incentive Program works on tier levels:

  • Silver – minimum 15 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Gold – minimum 20 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Platinum – minimum 30 Waterlily products sold every month
  • Platinum Plus – minimum 40 products sold every month

Bonus Boost:

  • Selling 10 Hero or Platinum+ products from the provided list entitles therapists to an additional FREE Hero Product as a bonus incentive.
